Your moments deserve care.

When you create an account, stillmov uses the account details you submit to provide sign-in and studio features. When you create a Live Photo or place a print order, the information needed to provide that feature is processed, including your uploaded media and the order details you enter.

Your uploaded video is used to create the selected photo and its moving moment. Your studio is private to your account. If you create a share link, people with that link can open its associated photo and moment. Share links should be treated as public to anyone who receives or is forwarded the link.

Payment and print-order information is used to manage the purchase and fulfillment flow. Do not include sensitive payment credentials in messages or upload them as files. The checkout flow will show the payment instructions available for your order.

You can choose what to upload and whether to share a link. For a question about your account or personal information, use the contact page and include the email address associated with your account.
